Scandinavian Cabbage with Veal

Scandinavian Cabbage with VealCut the veal into chops and put it salted water to boil.  Separately, in another dish, boil a cabbage in salted water as well, until it becomes soft.  When it is done, cut cabbage into pieces and lay it on the bottom of a large casserole, and lay the meat on top of it.  Add salt and pepper, cover with aluminum foil, and stack in the pre-heated oven.    When the meat is baked, pour the butter mixed with flour on top of it, and return it in the oven for a couple more minutes.  Finally, sprinkle some parsley on top of everything and serve in regular dishes.
