Sauerkraut is a traditional product in the Serbian market, as well as in other lands in our region. Our sauerkraut is made out of indigenous species of Futog cabbage. Sauerkraut is the cabbage that is bio-fermented, so it can be ready for consuming for a longer period of time than the fresh cabbage. Sauerkraut was always a very important part of winter stores in every household and it was being made in almost every house in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, and all over Serbia.

Technological process of production of the bio-fermented cabbage (sauerkraut) includes the application of the most modern procedures and quality norms. We are very proud of the fact that our sauerkraut is being sold in large retail chains, in wholesale, and in our agricultural household (at producer prices). To meet the demands when it comes to quality and safety of our products we started the process of implementation of the requirements of FSSC ISO 22000 standard. Our effort and hard work was awarded with the certificate on December 26th 2012.
